Founder Sterling P. Holloway III started the company in Los Angeles as an owner operator with the vision for something great for his growing family and commitment to community. In 1972 the family and business moved to Auburn CA in search of a place to put down roots, breath in a rural lifestyle and expand a budding business. Since then, Sterling P. Holloway III, Inc. has sustained both the family and community forward identity that has become an undertone for quality and commitment ever since.

Building from three generations of experience our scope of expertise includes both large and small projects including commercial and industrial building demolition, residential structure removal, and site clearing and recycling. SPH³ is most well known in the industry for their experience and skill in bridge removal, large and small. We have the proven ability, resources and commitment to tackle projects with the integrity, on time, and within budget. Safety is at the foundation of everything we do to ensure of employees show up for dinner with their families.
